Located on a steep slope with dense woods and a creek running through the property, the Town residence was a challenging site that provided many creative opportunities. The owner wanted a flat, child-friendly area to play and throw the ball. What the owner didn’t want was a plan that looked fussy or over done. Working with the architect, builder, engineer and owner, we designed a plan that suited the site and met the needs of this growing family.
